Shipping policy

By placing an order with us, you agree to this Shipping Policy. It applies alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.

How and Where We Ship

Every order is dispatched from Melbourne with Australia Post. We ship Australia wide and to New Zealand, Hong Kong, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days once payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays. Processing may take longer during sales, launches and peak periods. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery Times

Delivery times below are Australia Post's published estimates from dispatch and are a general guide only. For international orders, Australia Post's estimates apply between metro areas of major cities, for parcels cleared through customs, and do not include any time in customs. Regional and rural areas will likely take longer, and delays can occur for reasons outside Australia Post's control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Australia

Standard shipping is $9.95. Australia Post estimate: 2 to 4 business days within Victoria and 3 to 6 business days interstate between metro areas, longer for regional and remote areas.
Express shipping is $14.95. Australia Post estimate: 1 to 2 business days within Victoria and 1 to 3 business days interstate within the Express Post network (capital cities and many major centres), a few extra days for areas outside the network.
Orders $150 and over, free Express shipping.
Prices include GST.

New Zealand

Standard shipping is NZ$38. Australia Post estimate: 4 to 7 business days.
Express shipping is NZ$57. Australia Post estimate: 2 to 5 business days.
Orders NZ$250 and over, free standard shipping, or Express for NZ$32.

Prices are shown and charged in NZD. New Zealand applies border charges, including 15% GST, import duty and border processing fees, only to orders with a goods value over NZ$1,000. Orders to New Zealand are limited to below this threshold, so no duty, GST or levies apply.

Hong Kong

Standard shipping is HK$250. Australia Post estimate: 5 to 10 business days.
Express shipping is HK$365. Australia Post estimate: 3 to 6 business days.

Prices are shown and charged in HKD. Hong Kong does not charge import duty or tax on clothing.

United States

Standard shipping is US$43. Australia Post estimate: 5 to 10 business days.
Express shipping is US$57. Australia Post estimate: 3 to 6 business days.

Prices are shown and charged in USD and include all applicable import duties and taxes, which are prepaid at the time of shipping. No further charges apply on delivery. Orders to the United States are limited to the value at which duties and taxes can be prepaid.

Canada

Standard shipping is C$66. Australia Post estimate: 5 to 10 business days.
Express shipping is C$86. Australia Post estimate: 3 to 6 business days.

Prices are shown and charged in CAD and include all applicable import duties and taxes, including GST/HST, which are prepaid at the time of shipping. No further charges apply on delivery.

United Kingdom

Standard shipping is £35. Australia Post estimate: 5 to 10 business days.
Express shipping is £46. Australia Post estimate: 3 to 6 business days.

Prices are shown and charged in GBP and include UK VAT, which we account for to HMRC. The United Kingdom applies import VAT and duty on delivery to orders over £135. Orders to the United Kingdom are limited to below this threshold, so no further charges apply on delivery.

Order values for free shipping and order limits are the value of your items after any discount, excluding shipping.

Tracking

All orders ship with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email at dispatch, and you can follow your parcel through Australia Post.

For international orders, Australia Post carries your parcel to the destination country and hands it to the local postal service for final delivery. Your Australia Post tracking number remains the reference for the parcel. Tracking updates may be less frequent once the parcel has left Australia.

Contact Details for Delivery

Australia Post requires an email address and, or, a mobile number for tracking and delivery notifications. Please check that your name, address, phone and email are correct at checkout. By ordering, you agree to provide accurate contact details and for them to be shared with Australia Post and Starshipit for delivery. Customs or the carrier may contact you directly.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, email hello@ciblabel.com as soon as possible and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve it with you. Carrier investigations can take time, and we will keep you updated. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
